How to Claim Your Rewards

Come to F&P Business Center during business hours to claim your rewards in person.

Required Documents
Bring the following documents to verify your identity and claim your rewards:
- Valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, etc.)
- Referral confirmation email
- Verification code (provided in your reward notification)
Processing Time
Rewards are processed within 24-48 hours after verification and documentation.
Cash Rewards: Paid immediately upon verification
Raffle Prizes: Travel vouchers issued within 48 hours

Reward Program Rules
Cash Rewards: Earn $25 cash for every 2 completed referrals
Raffle Entries: Each pair of referrals earns 1 entry into our $600 travel raffle
Travel Prize: $600 voucher for flights to US or Caribbean destinations
Raffle Draw: Conducted quarterly with winners notified by email
No Limit: No limit on the number of referrals or rewards you can earn
