Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Program Overview
F&P Business Center's Referral Program rewards clients and community members for referring new business to our licensed tax preparation, accounting, real estate, and business services.
$25 Cash Reward
For every two qualified referrals that complete paid services
$600 Travel Raffle
Entry into raffle for flights to US or Caribbean destinations
Eligibility
Anyone can participate in the referral program
Referrer must be 18 years of age or older
Referred client must be a new client (never used F&P Business Center services before)
Referred client must complete a paid service
How It Works
Refer a Client
Tell someone about F&P Business Center's services and have them mention your name when they contact us.
Client Becomes Qualified
When your referral completes their first paid service with us, they become a qualified referral.
Earn Rewards
For every two qualified referrals, you earn $25 cash and one entry into the travel raffle.
Reward Details
Cash Rewards
- $25 cash reward for every two qualified referrals
- Cash rewards are paid within 30 days of the second referral completing service
- Rewards can be paid via check, cash, or applied to your own services
- Rewards are considered taxable income
Travel Raffle
- One raffle entry for every two qualified referrals
- Raffle prize: $600 towards flights to US or Caribbean destinations
- Raffle drawings held quarterly or when sufficient entries are received
- Winner responsible for booking travel arrangements
- Prize must be used within one year of winning
Qualifying Services
The following services qualify for referral rewards:
Important Restrictions
Self-referrals are not eligible (you cannot refer yourself)
Referrals must be legitimate business leads, not fabricated
F&P Business Center employees and immediate family members are not eligible
Referrals must complete paid services (free consultations do not qualify)
Tracking and Verification
To ensure proper tracking of your referrals:
- Have your referral mention your name when they first contact F&P Business Center
- Submit a referral form on our website or contact us directly
- We will verify the referral and track the service completion
- You will be notified when your referral qualifies for rewards
Program Changes and Termination
F&P Business Center reserves the right to:
- Modify or terminate the referral program at any time with 30 days notice
- Change reward amounts or conditions
- Disqualify referrals that violate these terms
- Refuse participation to anyone who abuses the program
